Chen Wei

CEO

Mr Chen Wei is a power expert with 24 years of engineering and management experience in power generation projects. He has done over 2000MW LNG, photovoltaic, wind and energy storage system in 16 countries, including the world largest and first floating solar plant on sea water (181MW, 2020), the world biggest solar-battery system (2MW, 2008), the biggest solar roof project in Singapore (5MW, 2014), the first large-scale solar farm in China (20MW, 2009).

Adam Huang

General Manager in Taiwan

Adam is a finance expert with 18 years experience in multi-industrial sectors including electronic, automotive, chemical, logistics, renewable energy.  He has executed several billion investment plans and IPO, and also closed the biggest solar project finance of Taiwan in the year of 2020 (10.7billion NTD).  He has also led the solar project development for a multi-national IPP company since 2020. 

Leon Li

CFO

Leon Li is a distinguished investment expert with 10 years’ experience and over $1 billion track record in a few markets in Asia. He was a key leading member in a famous renewable platform from 2017 to 2022. He worked in the financial sector in EY and KPMG after graduated from Donghua University (Shanghai) with ‘Outstanding Graduates Awards’. Leon is the member of ACCA and CICPA. 

Anh Tuy Nguyen

General Manager in Vietnam

Andy Nguyen has over 5 years of experience in the renewable energy sector and a strong understanding of local investment requirements and procedures. He has overseen the solar and energy storage business, especially CPPA, in a multi-national power company; and also worked on developing utility-scale solar and wind projects for an American infrastructure fund. Andy has initiated a 500MW wind and solar portfolio before joining Aster Renewable
